Yesterday my 8 year old came downstairs with one of those:

DIY Fortune Teller Flip Thingies

 It had four flaps labeled as follows:

• Matter
• Solid
• Liquid
• Gas

I zoned in on the “Matter” tab and quickly lifted the flap.

It read:

Matter Is Anything That Takes Up Space

I thought about how we humans:

 Naturally Take Up Space

It doesn’t matter what “state” we are in!

• When our lives feel stable and secure. We Are Matter. We Matter.
• When our lives feel contained and loose . We Are Matter. We Matter.
• When our lives feel expansive and undefined. We Are Matter. We Matter.

No matter what type of heat is being applied to our lives to make us change states.

We Matter!

You Matter!

This is a reminder to OWN your current state of being & to BOLDLY take up space!
